The Summer Shirt Massacre
Starting Wednesday, June 9, we will be discontinuing over 20 designs as a part of our
“Shirt Massacre” sale.
What’s that you ask?
It’s a semi-annual sale where we will be cutting slaughtering designs on our site. You will only have 5 days to get what is left of these particular shirts, which will be marked down to rock bottom prices. But once the time is up, the designs will expire and taken off the site for good.
How long will I have to get these?
The sale will run from Wednesday, June 9 – Sunday, June 13. Five days…that’s it. And when the time is up, the designs are gone…
What designs will be cut?
You’ll have to wait until Wednesday to find out…
What if you don’t have my size?
Unfortunately we may not have all the sizes in all the designs that are being cut. And since this is remaining inventory, what you see is what you get as they will not be reprinted.
How much will they cost?
You’ll find out on Wednesday. But lets just say that, well, we’re slashing prices on these…
Does that mean all of your designs will eventually get cut?
Yes. Eventually all designs will get the axe. Some may stick around longer than others but since this will be a semi-annual thing, expect designs to get cut more often…
Why are you doing this?
Simple. All good things must come to an end and in order for us to keep concentrating on newer and more kick-ass designs, it’s necessary to let go of the ones that have been around for awhile.

Some are on the original Gildan, some are on our new shirts. All the t-shirt pages have updated info as to which type of shirt the design is on.
Is this for vintage shirts as well?
I’ll bet anything that most, if not all of the shirts I just ordered yesterday are getting “slashed” lol.

I’m hoping that the Videodrome shirt won’t be one that gets cut but I’ll just have to buy a ton if that’s the case.
Whatever you do, don’t discontinue the Creepshow designs! Those are way too classic! Plus, I still have to order Mediums of those because my Smalls no longer fit me.
I gotta get a C.H.U.D. Shirt if they are on sale i’m def. grabing one up cuz i gots to have it.
Oh yeah freak’n xxl sold out quick on the Shining shirt. I hope to be able to get one some day. I’m pretty sure that design isn’t getting knocked off.

Lord knows I love a good sale…I grab whatever I can afford when these go down….but Ben….for those of us saving up, give us a SLIGHTLY bigger heads up so we can set some money aside, bro! Give us at least a week to toss the couch cushions a flip and count our pennies!
I see what you mean Jason, and I will take note. This was initially planned for a later time, but I moved it up due to some new things we have coming up soon.
Exited to hear new stuff is coming, but sad to hear some designs have to go. Keeping my fingers crossed its not some of the designs i want still. You should do a good Cryptkeeper or Wishmaster design!

Yeah i think we all understand the need to move forward and focus on new things, but sometimes it’s just so hard to let go, haha!
I don’t know about everyone else but fright-rag shirts get a lot of use and accordingly a lot of wear, necessitating me to replace some when they just get unwearable. It would be unfortunate to have that shirt be discontinued on me!
Anyways, just a suggestion, but maybe you can consider and limited re-print system, similar to Threadless’ or something/

Cool news. I might pick up a few. However, what I’m really hoping for, is a bundle of new designs that I can toss my money at.
Wow Ben, Jake is gonna be excited, since he lost alot of weight (wait till you see him at MM) he can no longer wear any of the aprox 25 fright rags he has. oh well.
;0 yes….i have already claimed all of them. He hopes he can get another zombie v shark, in his new smaller size….he winces when I wear it…..

I must say Ben, one of the best things about your site and business (besides the obvious kick-ass shirts and designs) is that you converse with the customers personally. That really helps create a inviting business which will keep people coming back. At least I will haha. Just thought you should know!

I’d also like to shower the Fright Rags crew with praise for a second.
I just had an interaction today with Kristy at FR and I was utterly impressed with the level of customer service coming out of this place. Fright Rags has been the kind of company I absolutely LOVE handing my hard earned over to.
Excellent products and outstanding service all around.
I do hope Fright Rags jumps into the poster game with both feet. You guys would be a welcome edition to any print collector’s dried up bank account

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!!!!!!!!! dont cut the return of the living dead one. ive been trying to get it since before christmas 2010 and no size for me. I put in several requests for a medium. thats the NUMBER ONE shirt i want and its never in my size.
same goes with the Bloody Ash from EVIL DEAD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
