Q: What methods of payment do you take?
A: We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. You can also place orders through the mail via money order or check. Just please fill out this
order form and send it in with your order. Also, if paying by check, please allow two weeks to clear. All purchases are to be made in US Dollars.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We check every shirt as it comes in and as it goes out, so you can be sure you’re getting a quality product. We want to make sure you love your shirts as much as we do so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in....we will not accept shirts that have been worn, washed, etc.
Please fill out the return form shipped along with your package and indicate what you are returning and why. Make sure to let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Fright-Rags credit. If you lost your return form, you can download one here. If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your order number with the return.
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
PLEASE NOTE: VINTAGE SHIRTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SINCE THEY ARE CUSTOM MADE, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THEM. ONLY DEFECTIVE ITEMS CAN BE REPLACED, BUT YOU MUST SHIP IT BACK TO BE EVALUATED TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT SHIRT. If you have any other questions about returns please feel free to

Q: How do you ship your shirts?
A: We use the United States Postal Service for all orders, and delivery varies depending on location and the shipping method you choose. Any order of two shirts or more (or over 1 lb.) will ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-5 days to arrive once it has been shipped. Orders of one shirt (or under 1 lb.) have the option to choose First Class Mail, which is a cheaper method and takes longer to deliver once shipped (approximately 5-7 days). Please note that First Class Mail is not trackable and we are not responsible for any packages shipped using this method. International orders are shipped using First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International and delivery times vary from country to country.
**** VINTAGE SHIRT ORDERS ***** If you have ordered from our vintage shirt selection (or Xombie shirts) then please note that these shirts take 3-4 WEEKS TO SHIP. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you choose First-Class International as your shipping method, we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Although that is the most affordable method, it also means that these packages are not trackable, and are not insured against loss or damage. For many countries this usually isn't a problem. But we have had problems shipping to several countries in the past which have resulted in lost packages that could not be claimed. Please understand that we will do everything we can to get your order to you, but we cannot refund, re-ship, or assume any other responsibility for your order once it has been shipped using this method. We recommend choosing Priority Mail International as your shipping method to ensure coverage in case your package is lost or damaged.

Shipping prices for both domestic and international orders are generated automatically at checkout by the USPS shipping service to provide exact shipping costs to your location. You may also use the shipping estimator feature in the shopping cart to calculate the cost of shipping before placing your order. All US and Canadian orders over $60 ship free!
Q: Why do they only come in certain sizes and colors?
A: Though availability plays a part in that, it’s also due to the fact that we are a small business. In order to keep new designs coming out, we need to scale back on some sizes, colors, and even styles. Occasionally, we get an email or two from people who would like one of our designs on a different color shirt, or even a different size or style. Depending on what is available through our supplier, we would be happy to try and help you out. However, special requests can ONLY be filled when that particular design is being reprinted…which could take a few weeks to a few months depending on what is in stock already. Also, special requests may be subject to an additional charge.
Q: What kind of quality are the shirts?
A: We use either Anvil 100% cotton shirts (6.1 oz.) or Gildan Ultra Cotton T-Shirts (6.1 oz.). Strong and durable, these shirts are the most popular shirt for silk-screening.
Q: The shirt I want isn't in stock, what do I do?
A: In an effort to keep releasing new designs, we cannot reprint the other designs all the time. So, if a size or color you want is out of stock, let us know and we'll put you on the list. The more a specific shirt is in demand, the sooner we'll reprint it...but it's up to you to let us know what you want. More popular designs will be in stock longer, but all designs are limited and will eventually be retired.
Q: I like to draw too, can I submit a design?
A: As of right now, we are not accepting any outside submissions. That doesn't mean you should stop drawing, though. We do have plans for contests at some point which may include a fan made t-shirt. When we have something like that ready, we will be sure to post the details on the home page.
