We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We also accept Money Orders, and personal checks through the site as well, please just select the payment method "Check/Money Order" if paying that way and follow the payment instructions on the next page in the checkout process. Also, if paying by check, please allow two weeks to clear. All purchases are to be made in US Dollars. Most orders for regular shirts and hoodies ship within one or two business days, however, there is an occasional delay if we are reprinting a design, having a sale on the site, or when new designs are released. These shirts are made in small batches so you will be notified if there is any delay in shipping your order.
If you are ordering shirts from our vintage shirts collection, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery as these are made to order.
MAIL ORDER
If you do not wish to go through the checkout process, please print out this order form and mail it in with your money order or check. If paying by check, please allow two weeks to clear. All purchases are to be made in US Dollars. Also, we would appreciate if you contact us if you plan on ordering through mail so we can set aside any shirts you wish to purchase.
SHIPPING METHOD
We use the United States Postal Service for all orders, and delivery varies depending on location and the shipping method you choose. Any order of two shirts or more (or over 1 lb.) will ship via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation and usually takes 3-5 days to arrive once it has been shipped. Orders of one shirt (or under 1 lb.) have the option to choose First Class Mail, which is a cheaper method and takes longer to deliver once shipped (approximately 5-7 days). Please note that First Class Mail is not trackable and we are not responsible for any packages shipped using this method. International orders are shipped using First-Class Mail International or Priority Mail International and delivery times vary from country to country.
**** VINTAGE SHIRT ORDERS ***** If you have ordered from our vintage shirt selection (or Xombie shirts) then please note that these shirts take 3-4 WEEKS TO SHIP. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: If you choose First-Class International as your shipping method, we are NOT responsible for lost packages. Although that is the most affordable method, it also means that these packages are not trackable, and are not insured against loss or damage. For many countries this usually isn't a problem. But we have had problems shipping to several countries in the past which have resulted in lost packages that could not be claimed. Please understand that we will do everything we can to get your order to you, but we cannot refund, re-ship, or assume any other responsibility for your order once it has been shipped using this method. We recommend choosing Priority Mail International as your shipping method to ensure coverage in case your package is lost or damaged.

RETURN POLICY
We check every shirt as it comes in and as it goes out, so you can be sure you’re getting a quality product. We want to make sure you love your shirts as much as we do so if you're not satisfied with your purchase, please return the item(s) for an exchange, refund or credit. All returns must be in the original condition that you received them in....we will not accept shirts that have been worn, washed, etc.
Please fill out the return form shipped along with your package and indicate what you are returning and why. Make sure to let us know what you would like in return whether it be an exchange, refund or Fright-Rags credit. If you lost your return form, you can download one here. If you received the wrong item or if the item is defective, we will reimburse you for the cost of shipping the item back to us. Please include your invoice with the return
All returns must be made within 30 days of placing your orders. We no longer accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day period.
PLEASE NOTE: VINTAGE SHIRTS ARE NOT RETURNABLE. SINCE THEY ARE CUSTOM MADE, WE CANNOT EXCHANGE THEM. ONLY DEFECTIVE ITEMS CAN BE REPLACED, BUT YOU MUST SHIP IT BACK TO BE EVALUATED TO RECEIVE A REPLACEMENT SHIRT.
