Army of Darkness (1992) catapulted Ash Williams back to 1300 AD, transforming the Evil Dead series from cabin-in-the-woods horror into a full-blown medieval fantasy adventure comedy. Bruce Campbell delivers countless quotable lines—"Good. Bad. I'm the guy with the gun," "Hail to the king, baby," and "Shop smart. Shop S-Mart"—cementing Ash as one of cinema's most beloved cult heroes. Sam Raimi's love of The Three Stooges and Ray Harryhausen stop-motion comes through in every frame, from the miniature Ash sequence to the skeleton army battle.
